This noise generator from  Scott Gravenhorst idea is comming from a random 24 bits polynom made with shift register. The signal needs to be attenuated to stay within +or - 5 Volt. Then we use a Baxandall equivalent to color the signal . This part is coming from Elektor and at last a low pass filter to get a random voltage..
